We now have a Saturday training session running from 11 am - 12 noon, only 1 hour so "fast & furious" ! All welcome.

Well done to Jo & Josh Mackay and Joshua Holden (First Comp !) who brought trophies back from the KOFUKAN National last November, 2 silvers & 2 bronze. Cool!

11th & 12th Febuary 2012- International Open course by Shihan Tomiyams & Omi. Always a good event,and this year up to 4th Kyu will be studying Bassai Dai & Koshiki Rohai + bunkai while brown & black belts will be on Useishi & Papauren with bunkai.
